Ardabil township
Ardabil as the center of the province is one of the nicest and the most attractive Cities of Iran because of verity of historical monuments. and its location on downhill of Sabalan is one of the most important tourism destinations. During the history because of Ardabil’s location on detour of silk road it has enjoyed economic prosperity.
Ardabil stands ۵۷۸ kilometers away from Tehran and 210 kilometers away from Tabriz and on north-east of it.
It is 257 kilometers from Rasht and is located on an even plain . This county is 1338 meters higher than sea level and on the bases of the last census it has 558000 population
